Window explorer is unusable . Comcast email page is redirected with a yieldmanager error.

My neighbor is unable to use his or any comcast email. When the user logs in the email page is redirected with an error http://ad.yieldmanager.com/st%3fad_type. I have reseached this on bleepingcomputer and found some resolutions where hijackthis was used and a log sent with a response to remove specific registry entries. Can anyone help me? Thanks
