replace important booting files?

I need to know all the files that can be replaced with a Windows Recovery CD. I deleted some files, thinking they were all malicious, and I think they were. However, I think they binded themselves with important files or something. Anyway, now when I boot, I get a blue screen for less than one second and it restarts. I want to replace all the possible files. The data on there is really important to me and I cannot lose it. I can't access it through another hard drive; it says access is denied to my Documents and Settings user (Administrator). The reason I deleted these files was because I had some strain of Vundo, god I hate the people that made it!

I really hope you guys can help me... I really need like a list of the files I can replace. Thanks a lot

EDIT: Nevermind, just lock the board. I'm going to replace the system32 files with another's from another working hard drive and scan it for viruses there.

You can probably get around this by taking ownership of the files.
