BleepingComputer.com: Help, I am getting an error I cannot resolve

This pops up everytime I start the computer:

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

The Microsoft .net framework window cannot be closed.
And I cannot perform an update from microsoft.

Hmmm...I've never ever seen a window for that, even though I've had some version installed for a number of years.

I would suspect that MS.NET is damaged/corrupted...and I would uninstall it via Add/Remove Programs...and then reinstall it.

I don't know what all those HP references are.

I would also take a look in Event Viewer and see if I can find details of errors that correspond somewhat to whatever error message you re receiving. Errors, not information items. If you find one, double-click on that line item in EV and post the details here.

This issue unresolved, but please close as I have more problems and started another incident.
