Outlook - Identities Issues Separate Identities, But All Messages Going to Main Identity

We have a couple of computers here that are bringing every single message into the identity selected as the Main Identity, but we want the messages that were sent to a certain identity/account to go only into that identity. How do we separate them out?

One of the computers also does not seem to have an option to set up any identities, the best I've been able to do is color-code the messages so I know which message was sent to which account. (Outlook 2000)

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
