Zune MP3 software won't download on Vista 64 Bit- HELP!

I am getting an error code: 0x00700b every time I try to download the Zune MP3 player software on my new Dell 518 with Vista 64.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried several microsoft repairs and downloads, and also the Zune Vista update but always end up with that error code.
