OS X 10.5.6 Entourage 2004
When I try to set up an exchange account, it says cannot connect because a correct root CA is not installed. I followed the instructions to install root CA into login keychain. I verified that it was the root CA (gold border in Keychain access), restarted Entourage- no go, still same error. I can log into OWA without any Certificate complaints. I also have a Mac with 2008 Entourage and it connects fine without a root CA... Settings identical on the two macs other than user info.
I have deleted the login keychain and recreated, as well as the system keychain, and reimported the cert without any luck. Also deleted the exchange acount and re-created.
getting very frustrated. TY in advance
