Red Dawn, that is meant to be a representation of a mythical creature who is known for sometimes engaging in malicious conduct. Even brownies (the mythical kind) will do nasty things if they don't get their milk and cookies.

I think it's funny myself, and did not take it to represent any living person or group.

It was a bit funny- and it shouldn't be taken into representing a living person/group/ethnicity.

Would be a really super obvious one if that was real.
