I don't know if its possible but what i need is software to forward my sound from my laptop to my desktop so I can play it through the desktop speakers because my laptop speakers are screwed up. So I'm looking for a type of software to do this

Looking for a certain type of software

well, you could network them together, and set the files on your laptop to share, and from there you can can just access them over the network and play them with your standard media player. though personally if it were me I would just transfer all my files to the desktop or just buy some aftermarket speakers for the laptop. :D
