Big Fish and Real Arcade game manager Open blank or only partially

Windows XP Home and IE7 and having problems since installing, uninstalling Norton 360. Then did system restore and now it, search, and user accts. all open blank. Are these issues related? And where do I post this (which forum)?

Did you use the Symantec tool to do the uninstall of Norton 360?
