windows installer error 1706

Hello friends,
FIRST HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL WHO CELEBRATE TODAY! :huh:
AND NOW MY PROBLEM:
for the past ten days Im trying to resolve this:
every time I start my comp.with vista home premium, windows installer pops up??? It displays a message--windows installer is confifuring bluetooth software?And then--error 1706???
I restored system--no results.
Deleted outlook addins(found that advice somewhere)--still nothing,nada,nicht.zero... :huh:
Finnaly,I run hijackthis but dont know how to post log here.
Help will be greatly appreciated, :huh:

If you suspect that you're infected, post in the Am I Infected forum located here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum103.html

If not, try uninstalling your Bluetooth software by going to Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a Program.

You were not very clear. Do you want to install bluetooth and are having problems or do just want the error to go away?

Problem solved with windovs installer clean up utility.
