BleepingComputer.com: CAN'T ACCESS SITE

I did all the steps in Davids pin up and I'm still not able to get in. There is no error #. Been on this all day. Had Microsoft access my computer to find out why I can't access my favorite web site. Google, Yahoo. Doesn't matter what search engine you use. Pops up: Internet Explorer can not display web page. I've been able to access that web page from two other computers but not mine. Microsoft tells me it's my provider. So I call them(verizon) and they share my computer to find the problem but can't. They accessed that web site from a different proxy server,set a short cut on my desk top. It worked for a while, now it doesn't work. Can ANYONE tell me what next?????

Tried dropping firewalls, unhooked router. Still nothing. Able to access site thru Kproxy, but if i try a link on that site it won't go thru. ???????
