BleepingComputer.com: problems after log clean

After being hijacked with 103findnow, I posted my hijackthis log and cleaned everything with OT's help. I only have one problem remaining:

while running internet explorer 6.0, I can not load any secure sites (i.e. anything that starts with https://)

is there a quick fix for this problem???

I installed ewido, ccleaner, spybot, and adaware in case they may be involved...
