BleepingComputer.com: Cant log only to HOTMAIL, FACEBOOK, MS UPDATES, firewall gets disabled too....

I cant Login to my hotmail, after the login page the browsers status bar says "waiting ....." and later displays an error message..

and when I login to Facebook, what ever I click in the page the same thing happpens, cant view my friends and chat etc. but the home page is displayed,

And also ONECARE FIREWALL gets disabled too, I even cant download MS Updates, and wasnt able to post a new topic here, it was like STUKed,,,,
Other than that, I can browse any, even gmail sites, I was using IE8 and rolled back to 7, No Virus was detected,

THIS PROBLEM IS not seen In SAFE MODE , only @ normal mode

any help pls.....

What scans did you perform (what AV, anti-spyware/antimalware scan did you use)?

MS seems to be unloading Vista components onto everyone the last few days; I was asked to download MS Silverlight 2 and still trying to patch problems from SP3. Also various components of Windows Live have been undergoing a lot of changes over the past few days, with some access points on the network being disabled and replaced. Google is also changing its e-mail application. Major changes without prior notification can cause access problems.

Hi sorry for the late reply, I uninstalled google chrome, and repaired live Onecare firewall, After that I didnt came across the problem, But the Firewall was not OK, It still gets disabled,,,

I unninstalled Live OneCare fully and going to Re-Install it,

But I cant get the meaning,
Why wasnt I able to access FB, Hotmail, and Windows Update Sites,?
