I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

JohnWho: are you the fellow who founded Identity Lock, by any chance? the one who posted his social security number everywhere and had it painted on his company trucks?

I have it on good authority that he really did that because he couldn't remember it.

Now, he's reminded often.

I stick with the good old fashioned phone number. Works wonders........ especially since the one I use isn't mine or anyone I know anymore.

MY family's old DSL modem had "xxxxxxxx" as its password. When I was opening some ports to use torrents, and I found that out, you better believe I changed that sucker. Our new router has higher security now, a random password, and I don't use torrents anymore, so were more secure now.

I wonder how many 70-year old grandmas and/or computer newbies still use "xxxx" and "xxxxxxxx" as their password....
