Help
I downloaded some limited time free trial software. My time limit has expired. I would like to retry the software. When I download the trial again I get a message that tells me my free trial is over and I need to purchase the software. I have attempted to remove all traces of the free trial. The software has apparently left behind some sort of "identifier" on my computer. How do I locate and remove the "identifier" so I can retry the free trial?
