asghost.exe stops user from logginf off

When logging off on one computer in our office, an error message pops up that asghost.exe cannot close, push 'End Now', etc, etc.
The user can then only log off once End Now has been clicked.
Does anybody know how to prevent this from happening and what asghost is used for?
