Norton AV 2009 Buy from US website?

U.K. / Ireland - £39.99/€59.99
US - $39.99

Seeing as we live in Ireland would the official US shop allow us to buy Norton AV and would it install on our system without hitch?

And what taxes/cost to credit card/anything else if any would we have to pay?
