PC Not recognizing my DVD Rom and CD Rom

Both optical drives were install in the computer when you purchased it?

Does the DVD drive work with the CD drive disconnected?

The "ribbon calbe" is the IDE data cable, do you have another that you can try replacing it with?

Thanks DC3 and Monty007 for all your help. I replaced the DVD drive and all is working. both drives are now showing. Thanks again. :thumbsup: :flowers:
