I have been trying to create an image file with Nero 7 to back up my hard drive. I created the boot disc within nero, booted with it and ran the disc image tool. It works as it should until it gets to 37% then hangs on a file called INDEX.btr. I've tried this three times and also created another boot disc and tried again always with the same result. Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this please, thanks.
