Windows Debugger Program

Was reading up on the debugger program Micrsosoft has for Windows. Trying to determine what is causing my laptop running Windows XP to crash. Have the program downloaded, but lost the thread on here describing it. Can someone post the link to here.

I believe it to be called Microsoft Debugging Tools for Windows. <-- Link to usasma Miniguide.
