Thank you all for the birthday greetings.
I had a wonderful day. Amy and my son-in-law took me to lunch.
My husband REALLY surprised me-after I told him not to get me anything for my birthday. The new mattress set I got for Christmas could count toward birthday and Valentine's day.
He ignored the don't part, and got me my own Cracker Barrel rocker and some cushions for it. He saw how much I enjoyed sitting in the one I got for him a few years ago. Turned out he'd had it planned for a while.

I'm just glad I'm around to have celebrated another year of life. After the life threatening event I had in 2007, I'm grateful for every day.
