Trouble opening a file. I have a video game in a .rar file that says it needs "Windows She

I have a vidoe game thats an .rar that says it needs me to pick a program to open it with. But on properties menu it says to open the file you need to have somthing called "Windows Shell Common Dll" to open the file with. could someone plell me me how to open the game . thease tanks

.rar is a compressed zip file. You need a zip/unzip program to open it
