BleepingComputer.com: User accounts and anti-spyware

Hi,

I currently run the following anti-malwares on XP Home:

Spybot S&D (with tea-timer)
Spyware Guard
SpywareBlaster
IE-SpyAd
a-squared (used for standalone scans only)
ewido security (used for standalone scans only)
Norton AV 2005
(and use Firefox for browsing)

Until now I've just used the default admin account for everything, but have just realized this is probably a bad idea, and I've now created a limited user account that I'm going to use for browsing the net - my question is ... will these anti-spyware applications still be effective on the new, limited user account ?

There may be some system files/directories that it wont be able to access and therefore clean. Running from a limited user account will, though, make it much difficult for malware to install.
