When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

trouble with removing antivirus, scan fails

i've just downloaded the program malwarebytes anti-malware to remove antivirus 360 and i've been attempting to scan it but the window continues to close. if i'm lucky the scan lasts 3 seconds before it closes on me. what do i do???

Same with myself-I think Ive been invaded by 360 and wont let the scan take place

If after installation, MBAM will not run, open the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware folder in Program Files, right-click on mbam.exe and change the .exe to .bat or .com Then double-click on it to run.

Try running it in Safemode for the first couple of times
