Rundll32.exe has stopped working start-up pop up

i googled about this start up pop up, and it said about two rundll32.exe running by NVIDIA, probably about network adapters, or something... because this "rundll32.exe has stopped working" has started recurring since i installed updates of NVIDIA... there are ways to disable it but i don't know which will i disable... it doesn't cause problem on my pc but it keeps on popping out when i boot up...

any ideas?

If it's associated with the nVidia software it's likely to cause problems if you stop them from running.
I'd first suggest visiting Windows Update and making sure that you're up to date.
Then, I'd suggest uninstalling the nVidia software, then installing a freshly downloaded copy from the nVidia website.
The fresh copy will help to ensure that there wasn't a problem with the previous installer.

bright idea! i'll uninstall nvidia software and install a new one. I'll try it.. i'll just post a reply here about the result.. Thanks. :huh:
