Slip Streaming SP1, ASUS and EVGA into Vista using vLite. I still need to use the ASUS CD to access the Internet?

Hi Anyone,

I've been slipstreaming my Vista Ultimate with SP1, ASUS's and EVGA's drives using vLite only to have the instillation NOT be able to access the Internet when first installed without having to use the actual ASUS CD in addition to get it to access the Internet.

I've done a number of slipstreams with the ASUS CD trying every way that I could think of to get just the necessary Vista drives on it but none of them once installed would access the Internet without using the actual ASUS CD?

Does anyone know how this might work? Of course any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

nLite gave me such headaches that I stopped using it "way back when".
So, I resorted to disk imaging software to preserve my system state, and to a USB floppy drive for installing the SATA drivers.
