Microsoft Malicious Tool Tip. Running the Tool your self from Run Box.

If you type "mrt" in your Run Box you can run the Tool anytime. You can do a full scan to look for Malicious Software........<-Tip Vista or XP You can do 3 Types of Scans for Malicious Software.
In Your Run Box Type->MRT
Then select the Scan you want to do........

malishous software removaltool doesent get much viruses

That looks good. But how does ti compare to Malwarebytes or Spybot S&D? And how do you update definitions on that MRT stuff? It looks pretty simple.

MRT is being update from time to time.
You will see it on the list of your Windows Update
As of now this link is the latest update

how come i've never heard of this tool. it's great though - another weapon in the arsenal against malicious software
