BleepingComputer.com: Computer buidling problem

Well, the graphics card and such was working fine for a while. But then when I restarted it, that when the picture didn't show up anymore. Kinda like my last computer. The power is fine because I still see the fans working.

Considering it was working fine for one to two hours or so, it is either a software problem or a monitor problem. I really hope that's the case...

I think the computer cannot recover from sleep mode for some strange reason. I think that's what I think I pressed on the start menu. So how do I get out of sleep mode and reconfigure the bios setting to avoid this from happening again?
