Could someone tell me if it is possible to download a free anti virus program + all updates such as AVG for example to a cd-r and then run the anti-virus from the cd-r on a computer that has no internet access?

Save the download of the AV to the CD. Then save the updates as a separate file on the CD. Install the AV from the CD then after the AV is running install the updates from the file on the CD.
