Hi,
Thank you for that KiKi  , but since I knew that Ad-Aware AE was quite buggy already, I used the Acronis's Try&Decide program, a sandbox type of program, just before I installed Ad-Aware AE, it allowed Ad-Aware to run on my system in its own little world and unless I decided to keep the program, none of the changes made to my system by the program were permanent. I would recommend using a sandbox type of program to anyone installing software for testing purposes or even if you are downloading software from a unknown web site. Try&Decide has saved me a bunch of grief a few times now.
I forgot to mention above, about the CPU% usage when windowed, Lavasoft finally acknowledged that it was a bug in the program and that it will be fixed some time in the future :flowers:
Good day,
Wink
"Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was not logged in when I read KiKi's post, and there was a pop-up on the Windows Media file text, to fix errors, but it is not there when I am logged in."

I attempted to edit my reply to your post last night, but the server suddenly went down, so I was un-able to complete my post...that's why it's blank now...sorry about that.

But I un-installed Ad-Aware 2008, and I will not be installing AE. I'm hearing too many horror stories about it. If I were you, I would just stick to your antivirus program, SAS and MBAM. Together, they are a great arsenal for infections. Ad-Aware is garbage. I was bamboozled.
