I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm having quite a few problems with my laptop now and its really starting to get on my nerves! My most recent problem Im having now is I cant receive my emails in microsoft outlook. I get an error message saying:

The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. (Account 'mail.btinternt.com', POP3 server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Error Number 0x800ccc0f).

Someone help me before I go completely insane! lol!

I would call your ISP and get their technical support to help resolve the problem. I am not a fan of Outlook and wonder if you have the same problems if you use Outlook Express or Thunderbird (from Mozilla).

John

I am having the very same problem as damsexy with my email. This just started about 3 days ago. The only way I can download my email is to turn off Zone Alarm Pro- which I don't really want to do. And I have been checking around to see if there were any answers to this.
