BleepingComputer.com: Spyware Doctor.... VNC Software components?

I do not know if this is the right place for this post. Please forgive me if it is not. I have been trying out Spyware Doctor 3.2 free. I do not fully trust the resulting log report. It seems as if it has very important files for my HP Printer. Here is a sample:
