Start up errors

Every time I start up my computer I get 3 error messages..

AirGCFG.exe- Entry point not found
The procedure entry point apsApply could not be located in the dynamic library wlanapi.dll


WZCSLDR2.exe-Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point apsIntialize could not be located it the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll


WMI has encountered a problem and need to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error signature
szAppname: wmipvse.exe
szModname: kernel32.dll

why won't my laptop work?
