I sucessfully removed the MS Antispyware 2009 virus (using instructions from this site -- thanks to whoever), but now I don't get graphics (pictures, etc.) on internet websites. For example, on msn.com any boxes where there would normally be an image, it's blank? Did the virus do some permanent damage?

try going into your internet options, then navigating to the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the multimedia options, make sure Show Pictures box is checked.
try it out, maybe a nice quick fix
