When I'm running MSIE, I have several times had problems opening other applications, including MS Word 2007. Just happened again. I tried to open Word and only got a small window showing that Word was trying to load - but it didn't. The small window remained. I tried ctrl-shft-del and Word was not on the applications list. As soon as I exited MSIE, Word loaded up and is usable. If my memory serves, I think the same thing has happened with MSIE and Adobe PDF Reader - that was probably the first time so my memory let go once it started running - but I think it did.

Vista Home Premium.

Anyway - can anyone shed light on this problem?
