Hello all! I'm currently debating about purchasing a Desktop Replacement Laptop, and would appreciate any comments and assistance. The two currently are the Dell XPS M1730 and HP Pavillion HP HDX18t. I'm a bit confused on which Intel processor to lean towards (Intel Core 2 Extreme X9000 offered with Dell M1730 or Intel Core 2 Quad offered in the HP). Is there a huge differece between the two processors and which is more of an important factor when comparing processors; L2 Cache, Clock Speed or Front Side Bus? Is more better; 1066 MHz FSB better than 800 MHz?
Your help as well as your time is appreciated.
Thank you.

 To Bc. What will be the primary use for the laptop. Gaming, Internet, Music, movies? All of the above?

Hello sneakycyber. My apologies for my very long delay in replying. I've since purchased the HP Pavillion HP HDX18t; (Vista Ultimate 64, Intel T9600) and am pleased thus far. Again, thank you.
