I've read through the forums and nothing seems to help. I had a virus so I reinstalled windows and viola! Everything works fine minus my computer won't recognize audio devices. It won't even show the volume control icon. I downloaded everything from sony (I have a VAIO PCV - 2210) as far as drivers go and it still won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything I can think of and still nothing. My speakers are plugged into the right spot.. I just don't know what to do!

Please help :)
