As I am using the Google translator, I have noticed in the web address window, (if it can be called that), I have noticed that this window picks up on my text ?

Can anyone tell me what this means in relation to privacy ? Is there a privacy situation here ?

I don't really see why that would be a privacy issue Jove.
One gives out more personal info in a standard e-mail or IM. It is all stored and can be traced back to your IP, for which there are ways around. :flowers: Bottom line, no biggie just because it's in the address bar instead. Google or your ISP isn't going to release it unless your on the terrorist watch list or something. :trumpet:

OK, I really don't have a lot of knowledge about security issues, . . writing letters and using a translator like google on line, gives me a funny feeling, even if there are no security issues with hackers it is just that its kind of personal, and it all seems like its being logged by someone elses software.

But thanks for the insight.
