PC Mark Vantage crashing comp

Hi Guys,
Just run PC mark vantage for first time since installing ASus Dark Knight Top 4870 and it is crashing my machine. BSOD etc and the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

anyone got any ideas why
