When booting my computer, it stops at Windows Error Recovery screen.
The startup error indicates that I might have had a hardware or software change.
Just before this screen appeared one of my USB ports and an internal card reader stopped working.
My computer is a 1-1/2 year old Dell XPS 410 running VISTA Home Premium
I restored my system to an earlier time and it booted normally for a time; but now its back to re-booting to the Windows Error Recovery screen.
I have to use the VISTA CD to boot to the desktop.
How can I adjust Windows so it will start normally?
Thanks.
