I am using a usb cable directly from my modem to hook my viao laptop up to the internet.
Every 15 minutes or so, the internet times out and refuses to load any webpages until I restart.
when I load ipconfig it shows 4 different media types all disconnected, with the last one, 12, connected.
Someone told me if was Vista, another told me it was my network card..
I don't know what it is but it drives me crazy. This only happens when I directly plug in.
It doesn't happen with wifi.
Please help!
