Update error 80070005

When I try to run windows update I get error 80070005 I have been searching the internet for solutions and can't find any. Anyone have any solutions!!!!

Hello, Thanks for the response, I tried the thing with the software distibution file and it did not work, Anything else I can try?

Hello,
I downloaded the regcure but it says I have over 700 errors and I have to order it to get them fixed, So any idea what else I can do? Thanks
