"Kittystar" came (oddly enough) from our cat. Her name is Muttonchops Star of Willowtree and we have shortened it to KittyStar, so I adopted that as my identity on several forums...

Years ago I went by a two-worded name. I took a hiatus from messageboards and when I came back, I decided to use the pronunciation from the initials of my old username and use it as my new username. smile.gif

I was looking up at the dark night sky at about 3am in the morning, one night many moons ago.
There was only one star that I could see in the night sky and it looked as if it was on fire. Hence,
a star that look like it was on fire and there was only one....starfireone!

When I was growing up I had an uncle John. At get togethers he was Big John (6'7") and I was Little John. He then had a son, after three girls, and named him John, as well. So, Big John, Little John & John John.

Regards,
John

You can probably guess my name, just one of them though. "Lisa" is almost always taken as a nickname, and I don't like "Lisa Lisa" since that reminds me of bad '80s big hair. smile.gif

(You know....Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam...? I've always wanted to have a tribute band named "Lisa Lisa and the Toe Jam")

Well, i was in a hurry to find some info, and about out of ideas for usernames. I work with telecom equipment and the name just made sense.

Used to consider myself a bit of a computer geek, but haven't been able to keep up with everything, so now I have to ask for more and more help from others!

i took a cue from the last presidential campaign. pres bush was often referred to as 'george w'. campaign stickers sometimes had only a 'W'. so i took my initials, TW, and rendered them phonetically.

I have moondreamer 1, because someone else is just plain moondreamer. I'm a quadruple Cancer, both in regular astrology and sidereal astrology. Cancer is ruled by the moon, and I'm often accused of being in a dream world. Actually, I'm not aware of anything at all when in that state. I'm thinking things, but not paying attention to what I'm thinking. Hence, moondreamer1.

It's from something that Jason Penopolis said. He is a cartoon character that's on the show "Home Movies" and he wrote a whole report (and did a sock puppet show) about the family tree of his ferret (Peepopo). Although, at one point he admits that he isn't sure if he ever even had a ferret because it could've been imaginary... and also he isn't sure if ferrets actually exist.
