We use world client for our mails at our office and microsoft outlook 2003 connector accordingly.Intially I was having email address lets say this (1) and alias for it and lets say this (2) I was able to use outlook even with the alias email address(2). And from anywhere I was able to login worldclient using this (2)
Recently our administrator added a new email address for me lets say this (3)and made that as primary one in worldclient replacing (1). I am able to login on world client using (1) (2) and (3).But now the outlook 2003 gives me error as "unable to connect to server, this could be due to network connection problem etc ... RETRY or OFFLINE". I choosed offline and then checked the "Account" on outlook and changed the account login username and password to (1) and (2) and (3). Now none of them work. When I click "test account settings" It says "Unable connect to server check information and verify incoming mail server is available".
Tried reinstalling Microsoft office again but still now joy.
I am able to open outlook in safe mode as well. So any idea guys.

After deleting and adding again on the Mdeamon server for outlook support.
