I need to correct the error 1004 I have a Dell Computer Windows XP Internet Explorer. I have Zone Alarm on that is about to expire. I bought a new one in the store to put on for this year and when I tried the sign came up [error 1004] It said Regcure would correct it so I put it on now I can"t find there licence key number to turn it on.What do I need to do?

You may have more unwanted software on your computer.
Check out the security section of bleeping computer for more info.

I would suggest uninstalling Regcure and if you would like a registry cleaner, use Ccleaner as it is free.

I would also suggest completely removing ZoneAlarm from your system before installing the new version you bought in the store.
Legit removal tools are excellent to remove for Security Software, however, I cannot find a proper Zone Alarm removal tool, so if anyone can find one please post here so he can use it.
