Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

If you deviate from my instructions, tell me, it may make a difference on where we go. Don't install anything, even other programs that have nothing to do with security or malware, it could cause things to change, and I would never know it. *Have faith. I will do all I can to get your computer working, and if I can't - someone else here will know something else to try. *Stick with me to the end. It has been a while since you posted your log, if you still want help could you please post a new one? Also go to your add / remove control panel and see if DAEMON Tools Toolbar is listed, if it is go ahead and uninstall it. If not listed there, an easy utility to remove unwanted add-ons is ToolbarCop. * After download, extract (unzip) the file, and save the executable to a permanent folder, not a Temp directory. This is because ToolbarCop creates the Undo (.reg) files in the same directory from where it's launched. * Double-click on ToolbarCop.exe to launch. * Scroll through the list and highlight the add on you want to remove. * Write down the file name and full path to that file. It should be related to jokwmp.dll located in your C:\WINDOWS\ folder. * Right-click on it and choose Delete the selected item. * Navigate to the location of the file, and if it still exists, right-click on it and choose delete.
