System Restore Point error Access Denied Can't establish a restore point

Hello All:
Everything seems to be running fine. I can get updates OK. But, I noticed that I have no retore points. I tried to create a restore point, but I keep getting an error message: Access Denied 0x80070005. Anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?TIA
