Pleas Help Wired network not working

Hi everyone, I just got a new wireless router, A Netgear DG834PN, I set it up in XP using an ethernet cable to the router and all was working perfectly, Now when i boot into Vista i cant access the internet through the wired connection, Why not ?, I can however get internet access if i connect to the router wirelessly, I cant even access the router settings through the ethernet cable, Does anybondy know why this might be happening and how i can sort it out as i need the wired connection to the router. Thanks in advance.

Never mind. Sorted it myself.
