Help
I need to make a banner but I am not very good at photoshop at all. I am able to make edits to things using Paint but starting from scratch and piecing things together, I cannot do it well enough using Paint because it blurs things. I need a banner as soon as possible so I don't have enough time to learn everything myself fast enough so if anyone can help me please PM me. I need a banner and I also want to learn. Thanks.

What kind of banner are you looking for? Does it have anything to work with in the first place? any images? any colors suggested?
Also, what version of PS are you working with?
