Greetings,
Have MS Office 2002 on note book(XP), bought the upgrade for $169 for MS Office Small Business 2007.

I have another desktop that has no office suite, but heard I cand download a trial and then install the upgrade to it.

Anyone have any experience or insight?

Many thanks in advance!

No, once the original was validated it's license is used, it would probably let you install it but it wouldn't run long if at all due to windows validation
